Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refund Policy
You may return clothing items within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. You must contact [email protected] to initiate a return. Kwok Wing Limited will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Kwok Wing Limited receives the returned item. This period applies to all refund methods. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Kwok Wing Limited is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or financial institutions.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide clear photographs and a description of the damage or defect to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted. Kwok Wing Limited will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at its sole discretion.
